Complete EPCM services were provided, which included process design, instrumentation/control engineering and start-up and commissioning, for 6-2-16-15 W4M Oil Battery & Gas Plant modifications. Design and installation of facility equipment for the expansion and upgrade to effectively double oil throughput at the Battery were completed. This included the installation of a free water knock-out, treater, high pressure water injection pumps, storage tanks, new and refurbished gas compressor and all associated piping and electrical hardware. Modifications were completed on the facility while under full operation with minimal shut-downs.
