Operation/Production support, engineering/design and start-up and commissioning services were provided, which included: the installation of an inlet separator and 85 HP booster compressor; change out existing Catadyne heaters in three facility buildings to glycol Ruffneck heaters; Nodal analysis of entire water injection system for debottlenecking; pump building modifications and installation of Reda and Monyo pumps; twin inlet separation and addition of 125 HP compressor; well tie-ins with new separation facility; upgrade existing flare systems with installation of VRU and FKOD; installation of heat exchanger to modify plant process systems; complete preparation of EUB regulatory & audit requirements; troubleshooting gas/gas exchanger; heater exchanger replacement; as-built and as-is drawing packages; truck-in skid design; addition of sweet purge gas line to an existing Sour Gas Plant.
